High-pressure boiler tubes are in high temperature and high-pressure conditions when used, and the tubes will be oxidized and corroded under the action of high-temperature flue gas and water vapor. The steel pipe is required to have high durable strength, high oxidation and corrosion resistance, and good organizational stability. High-pressure boiler tubes are mainly used to make superheaters, reheaters, water walls, economizers, etc. of supercritical or ultra-supercritical boilers. It can produce thick-walled pipes with a wall-to-diameter ratio of 36% and thin-walled pipes with a wall-to-diameter ratio of less than 4%.
